Job Description

Profile: Mutual Fund Sales

Experience: Min 1 year

Roles:

Explain mutual fund products to clients and suggest suitable investment options.
Call and follow up with potential investors to generate leads and convert them.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Assist clients in completing KYC documentation and online/offline investment processes.
Stay updated on mutual fund products market trends and regulatory updates.
Coordinate with back-office for client servicing and issue resolution.
Maintain records of sales activity and prepare daily/weekly reports.
