Job Description
Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Clerk
Pay Rate: $16$19/hour (Based on Experience)
Hours: Monday Saturday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Location: Sapulpa OK
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
A local heat exchanger manufacturer is seeking a qualified Shipping/Receiving Clerk to assist with daily order fulfillment receiving packaging and shipment of materials. This role also involves operating a forklift loading/unloading trucks and handling all shipping documentation accurately. The ideal candidate will be reliable detail-oriented and capable of operating within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily shipping and receiving tasks including packaging and order fulfillment
Handle and sort incoming and outgoing stock with accurate documentation
Operate a forklift and overhead crane to move materials and load/unload trucks
Verify incoming and outgoing materials against Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Conduct very limited local driving (no CDL required)
Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area
Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
Skills Qualifications & Requirements
12 years of shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
Valid drivers license with a clean MVR required
Forklift and overhead crane experience required
Must pass a national background check drug screen and pre-employment physical
Strong attention to detail and paperwork accuracy
