Job Description

We are seeking a professional and organized Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our Boston office. The ideal candidate will manage front desk responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for clients visitors and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer screen and forward incoming calls

  • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing scanning and data entry

  • Support internal departments with clerical duties when required

  • Monitor office supplies and report inventory needs


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
