We are currently seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Boston MA. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts ensuring satisfaction and retention through timely communication support and problem resolution. This position requires strong organizational skills customer service excellence and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned customers
Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
Resolve client issues and inquiries promptly and professionally
Monitor account activity track service performance and provide regular updates
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling company services
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service alignment and client needs are met
Maintain accurate records of client communications and activities
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred
13 years of experience in customer service or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
