We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to manage and streamline internal and external communications across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent messaging enhance public relations efforts and support our strategic goals by fostering effective communication practices.
Responsibilities
Develop write and edit internal and external communications including emails press releases reports and presentations
Coordinate with departments to align communication strategies with business objectives
Maintain and update internal communication platforms and content
Organize and support company meetings events and announcements
Ensure brand consistency in all communications
Monitor media and industry trends to inform communication strategies
Collaborate with senior leadership to execute communication plans effectively
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and content management systems
Experience in internal communication tools is a plus
