Job Description
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
As a Maintenance Technician you will play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will directly support equipment uptime product quality and team productivityhelping us deliver on our promise to customers every single day.
YOUR TASKS:
- Perform preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of production equipment including mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime
- Conduct inspections calibrations and adjustments to maintain safety and operational standards
- Work collaboratively with Production Quality and Engineering teams to address recurring issues and support continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades
- Follow all safety protocols lockout/tagout procedures and company policies
THE ENVIRONMENT:
- Safety is our highest priority and safety procedures / guidelines must always be adhered to.
- Fast-paced hands-on manufacturing environment
- Multiple shifts available including potential overtime and weekend work
- Work involves standing walking lifting up to 50 lbs and working around machinery
- The job is within a non-climate-controlled environment where you will be exposed to temperature swings (hot/cold) forklift and pedestrian traffic and noise.

Qualifications :
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:
- 2 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and control systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints
- Self-motivated with strong troubleshooting skills and a sense of urgency
- Comfortable using hand and power tools multimeters and diagnostic equipment
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities
ADDITIONAL WAYS TO STAND OUT:
- 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Completion of a technical program in industrial machine/ maintenance technology manufacturing technology or other related field
- Experience with PLCs VFDs or automation systems
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or TPM methodologies
- Willing and able to work off-shifts and/or weekends
