Job Description

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Account Director to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the retail landscape and a proven track record of managing and growing key accounts. As a Enterprise Account Director you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.

Main missions : 

  • Achieve turnover and gross margin objectives on the assigned sales targets 
  • Develop and maintain strong long-lasting client relationships
  • Architecting a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of Vusions solutions according to customer needs and objectives. 
  • Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Manager tenders RFPs and commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal departments (product managers after-sales services installations deployment etc.). 

Qualifications :

Qualifications were looking for.   

  • 8 years of experience in enterprise sales ideally in SaaS retail tech IoT or a B2B technology environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing multi-million euro/dollar deals.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes and long sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a strong plus).
  • Passionate about retail innovation and digital transformation.
