What Youll Be Doing

• Grow your problem-solving abilities by providing initial IT support for hardware software and basic network questions.
• Explore your affinity for modern equipment through assisting with the setup and maintenance of our latest laptops monitors and peripherals.
• Build experience in user management by supporting onboarding processes and administering access to essential IT tools.
• Contribute to organized IT operations by helping maintain inventory records and developing our internal IT documentation.
• Collaborate on exciting projects including exploring and helping to implement automations to enhance our overall IT infrastructure and efficiency.

Qualifications :

This is what you need to succeed

• Current university or college enrolment preferably in a Computer Science IT or related field.
• A strong interest in IT systems demonstrating a genuine motivation to learn and grow in the IT field.
• Solid problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to technical challenges.
• Excellent English communication skills a customer-focused attitude and a reliable proactive hands-on mentality.
• Ability to work reliably on-site at our office location as this is an in-person position.
