The Bid Specialist will support proposal development process.
Work Location: Manila Office
Work Arrangement: Remote ( can work from office if they are within 30 km radius )
Work Schedule: APAC 1st Shift
Specific requirements: Experience in BID Management and Experiece in handling MS Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
An exceptional Bid Specialist is customer-centric analytical and results-oriented with a strong understanding the client program or team needs within their service delivery area. Additionally the Bid Specialist has:
- Review format and proof PowerPoint sales presentations.
- Conduct internet research on sales targets and prospects.
- Provide high-touch customer service to support the Business Development team throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate development finalization and submission of RFIs and RFPs.
- Develop proof edit format and create proposals and presentations (PowerPoint or Word documents) used in the sales process.
- Research analyze and report information related to prospective accounts. Information includes company demographics compelling events press releases and leadership/employee information.
- Update and maintain CRM () and other sales tools such as case studies and metrics.
- Print and bind proposal and presentation materials.
Qualifications :
Position Requirements
Education:
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of business experience preferably in a proposal management function.
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing and content development.
- Strong communication skills and business acumen.
- Ability to take initiative and creatively solve problems.
- Ability to work successfully in a fast paced ever-changing environment on multiple projects.
- Ability to take a proactive approach anticipating needs and opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Exposure:
- Have a minimum of two years of business experience preferably in a proposal management function.
- Development finalization and submission of RFIs and RFPs (required).
- High-touch customer service to support the Business Development team throughout the sales cycle (preferred).
