Job Description

Reporting into the CRM Transformation Manager the CRM Data Team Lead will oversee the performance and delivery of the CRM Data Team managing workforce planning task allocation and performance reviews.  

In this role the CRM Data Team Lead will coach and train team members while supporting them with data management segmentation and reporting tasks while collaborating closely with marketing business intelligence and operations teams ensuring timely project delivery and compliance with data privacy regulations.  The CRM Data Team Lead plays a crucial role in shaping a high-performing team and influencing key business strategies. 

  • Responsible for the performance and delivery of the CRM Data Team. 
  • Workforce planning and daily tasks allocation. 
  • Perform appraisal and performance review of the team members. 
  • Provide coaching training and guidance to direct reports to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively. 
  • Assist the team with Reporting and Data Management Maintenance and Segmentation tasks. 
  • Liaising with other verticals and teams around marketing business intelligence and operations. 
  • Monitoring project timelines ensuring that projects at risk are identified and that prompt actions are taken. 
  • Act as a liaison with higher management on projects/solutions. 
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data privacy standards while handling and storing customer information. 
  • Performing stringent QA processes to identify discrepancies and loopholes in data and processes. 
  • Manage the issue resolution and the Incident control process both internally and with other 3rd party suppliers. 
  • To recruit and onboard new team members and ensure that the team has the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality work. 
  • Drive accountability amongst direct reports. 

Qualifications :

  • Prior experience as Marketing Data Officer/CRM Data Executive or equivalent. 
  • Excellent knowledge of the CRM Data Team Protocols and Processes. 
  • Excellent Knowledge of the Multi Brands and RIDE Brands. 
  • Ability to think critically and take necessary decisions for business. 
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel. 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and re-prioritise when needed. 
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. 
  • A keen eye for detail and working meticulously along with patience to double-check every step ensures mistakes are avoided.
