Personal operational guest care on the VIP levels
Organization and coordination of the entire service team consisting of permanent employees and temporary staff
Preparation and follow-up of events
Qualifications :
Completed training in the hotel industry gastronomy hospitality industry (event) catering
Alternatively several years of professional experience in a similar position as a service supervisor service manager banquet manager catering manager or in event management
Possibly experience in working with temporary staff
Reliability and willingness to take on responsibility
Strong interpersonal skills flexibility and commitment
Mandatory good knowledge of English. Good knowledge of German would be a plus
Interest in international events and international catering
