- Assist with responding and attending general queries from the team and supporting in administrative tasks
- Prepare and analyse data for reporting purposes including regular data audits
- Documents formatting in PowerPoint and Word
- Timesheet collation and verification.
- Training in the business systems used on a regular basis
- Ensure the team are compliant in the various areas of business management systems within the set deadlines
- Document formatting
- Monitor group email as required
- Expense claim preparation/submission
- Event management for quarterly team events
- Sit at reception and make sure all meeting rooms are functional when needed
Qualifications :
- 0 - 3 years experience in a similar role
- Business administration/management qualification or relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite proven experience in Word and PowerPoint formatting
- Experience with D365 Teams and Sharepoint would be an advantage
- Process driven and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Proactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the team.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Possesses tact diplomacy and assertiveness to achieve objectives
- Proven strong administrative ability and excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable approachable punctual and professional attitude.
