Job Description
EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Tag & Title Specialist for our dealership in New Braunfels TX. Our Tag & Title Specialist will play an important role in processing car deals verifying costs for the accounting department including the costs of reconditioning and equipment add-ons and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles. Were looking for you if youre a self-sufficient resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-pacedfun environment.
What Youll Do:
- Process all vehicles for registration in the state that will be titled.
- Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications.
- Check for accuracy in the application and ensure that all information is complete.
- Prepare payoff checks for new vehicles and trade-ins.
What Were Looking For:
- Automotive Dealership Title Clerk Experience- Preferred
- Knowledge of DMV Software
