Job Description
In this role you will be taking the lead on the technical aspects of projects guiding and working alongside a team of software engineers. This role requires extensive experience in software engineering programming languages development methodologies and frameworks technical solution architecture MVP development scaling-up testing security and operations.
Your key responsibilities
- Design architect & document the technical solutions that meet the functional and non-functional requirements adhering to good software engineering principles and organizational architecture policies.
- Develop technical specifications breakdowns and plans.
- Full stack development of digital services using modern programming languages and cloud platforms.
- Provide technical leadership and direction to the team. Enforce clean-code principles and secure API design. Ensure high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits.
- Collaborate with other software developers architects product owners and business stakeholder to plan design develop test and maintain business applications. Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
Qualifications :
What you should bring:
- Experience in web and/or mobile development in cloud environments and with native cloud services (AWS).
- Experience in full-stack cloud-native (AWS Serverless) web application development.
- Experience in DevSecOps processes and development environments.
- Experience with some of the Full-stack technologies and interfaces we have in our stack: Java Angular Typescript React REST GraphQL.
- Experience in incorporating GenAI to existing web applications and/or experience in Vibe coding i.e. proactively exploring new AI tools and actively utilizing mature AI tools and technologies in the SDLC.
- Good understanding of the testing practices: TDD BDD Data-driven testing.
- Suitable education - bachelor or masters degree level preferably in computer science.
- Agile mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills while using good judgment.
- Capability to lead inspire coach and motivate others.
- Strong customer-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn.
We consider the following as an advantage
- Relevant cloud certifications.
- Experience working in multi-cultural/international environment.
- Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g. Azure Google).
