Job Description
Joining the Private Jets team you will start as a Trainee and be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you become familiar with the role and industry.
As a Trainee you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of a private charter from fully understanding the clients needs to sourcing the appropriate aircraft arranging the travel & catering all the way through to completion. During this time you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease!
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Handling the A to Z to ensure all your clients have to do is fly on a private jet!
- Pro-actively targeting your HNWI list through outbound sales calls emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) and converting them from potential clients into ACS clients
- Building relationships with Private Jet Operators to provide the most suitable aircraft options
- Meeting KPIs and targets
- Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
- Negotiating and upselling

Durante esse perodo voc ver em primeira mo o que necessrio para garantir que um fretamento de jato executivo ocorra sem problemas!
UM DIA NA VIDA
- Gerenciar tudo do incio ao fim para garantir que tudo o que seus clientes precisem fazer seja voar em um jato executivo
- Pro ativamente direcionar sua lista de HNWI (indivduo de alta renda lquida) atravs de chamadas de vendas e-mails e visitas (tanto presenciais quanto virtuais) convertendo potenciais clientes em clientes da ACS
- Construir relacionamentos com Operadores de Jatos executivos para fornecer as opes de aeronaves mais adequadas
- Cumprir KPIs (Indicador-Chave de Performance) e metas
- Observar/monitorar voos e supervisar partidas de voos
- Negociar e realizar vendas adicionais
Qualifications :
