Responsibilities:
- Desk deals
- Help salesmen put deals together
- Completing Manager Turnovers
- Ensure follow-up with all prospects who visit the dealership (manage desk log hots appointments)
- Maintain vehicles on the lot - organization snow removal etc.
- Be available and open to help all associates who may need it regardless of the department they are in
- Manage individual sales team
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1s with salesmen
- Conduct/assist with weekly team meetings
- Ensure proper training certification is complete & CSI standards are met
- Monthly tracking and performance evaluation
- Manage CSI
Requirements:
- High school diploma GED or college degree
- Previous automotive industry experience is a must. Preferably sales.
- Teamwork mentality
- Driven attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Available to work mornings evenings and Saturdays
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Experience in a competitive environment (like sports) is a plus
- Experience with commission-based sales
