Lifetime Products Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.
Summary:
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for improving MFG processes and material flow through Lean principles. Must be self-motivated organized have excellent communication skills and work well with all team members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):
- Evaluating production floor layouts and space requirements and implement improvements.
- Implement new production procedures for new product lines.
- Analyzing material flow and process efficiency.
- Review project details to determine analysis tools objectives procedures and then design test and implement solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (B.S.) in Engineering from four-year College or University is required.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as statistical analysis time studies and manufacturing costs.
- Ability to observe current processes understand inefficiencies then develop and implement improvements.
- Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft office and 3D modeling software.
- Ability to communicate effectively in front of groups and work in a team environment.
