Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor all Client Locations to include: Cameras Alarms Access Control Visitor Management Dispatch Mobile Officers and other duties as assigned.
- Become proficient in all operations and procedures of the Clients Safety & Security department and related computer systems and software.
- Take ownership for decisions and results of work.
- Process Client requests in a timely manner to ensure desired service levels and compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain complete and accurate file and incident documentation.
- May perform specific analysis duties on individual monitored locations as directed.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information regarding Client locations and requests.
- Document all verified security incidents and prepare detailed reports for review.
- Maintain open communication with site contacts and local law enforcement Fire or EMS as needed.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer usage including: Microsoft Office Suite and Client software.
- Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security Integrity Communication Excellent Service and Accountability.
- Must be willing to participate in the Companys pre-employment screening process including drug screen and background investigation.
