This role is located in Arizona or Hawaii.
Modivcare is looking for an experienced Dispatcher (Customer Advocate I) to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting Transportation Providers by providing timely accurate information and exceptional customer service as well as assisting with trip coordination and complaint resolution.
This role
Assists Transportation Providers with questions schedules and trip modifications or cancellations.
Accurately documents complaints incidents and provider concerns according to procedures.
Refers unresolved grievances to the appropriate department for further investigation.
Supports documentation of trip corrections mileage/cost adjustments cancellations and retro trips.
Inputs accurate trip data and ensures compliance with company policies.
Answers the Transportation Provider call line and maintains professionalism under high call volumes.
Participates in required meetings and additional projects or duties as assigned.
We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Zero (0) plus years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly customer-focused demeanor.
Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high call volumes with professionalism.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively and quickly learn new technology and processes.
Salary: $14.23 - $19.21/hr
