Job Description
The Program Specialist is responsible for the efficient execution of key operational functions within the Beneficial Use Group:
- Ensure accurate and efficient data entry with a strong focus on detail when generating updating and revising inventory reports for incoming materials.
- Manage customer billing cycles generating and distributing invoices in a timely manner.
- Enable and support effective professional communication channels between customers third party facilities and internal teams.
- Experience applying working knowledge of scalable operating systems to support operational needs.
- Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
Basic Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of experience in environmental services industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness and ability to wear company provided personal protection equipment including eye protection steel toed shoes and hard hat
- Ability to deal politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
- Ability to follow directions or instructions
- Ability to use a computer to communicate create and access information
