What Youll Do:
As a Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Intern you will be an integral part of our central rollout team helping to shape local impact from a global strategy. Your tasks will include:
- Support the planning and execution of DEI Target Deployment Workshops in key countries (e.g. Germany USA India Brazil);
- Coordinate with local DEI Coalitions (HR ambassadors and sponsors) to track progress on DEI initiatives and KPIs;
- Assist in the maintenance and content development of our People Organization and Culture Hub and best practice toolbox;
- Help prepare executive communications including updates to the Bosch Digital/DEI Dashboard and internal strategy updates;
- Contribute to internal communication campaigns that raise awareness and encourage participation in DEI activities.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- Current student of Human Resources Social Sciences Communications Business or a related field;
- You are available for about 30 hours per week;
- Strong interest in Diversity Equity & Inclusion topics cultural change or corporate responsibility;
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Collaborative mindset and intercultural sensitivity;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to work with internal platforms and dashboards.
