Williams Racing is seeking a Senior Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Project Manager to spearhead the planning execution and delivery of complex technical projects that drive our performance on and off the track. This role is tailor-made for someone with extensive experience managing M&E projects and highly complex technical facilitiesthink laboratories engineering hubs and high-spec automotive production environments.
What Youll Be Driving
- Project Management:Lead and manage M&E projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Team Leadership:Supervise and coordinate the work of M&E engineers contractors and other project team members.
- Design and Planning:Collaborate with architects designers and other stakeholders to develop detailed project plans and specifications.
- Contract Management:Oversee the procurement and management of M&E contracts ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
- Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Health and Safety:Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Budget Management:Monitor project budgets control costs and ensure financial efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication:Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders including team members contractors and senior management.
- Risk Management:Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.

Qualifications :
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical or electrical engineering Construction Management or a related field.
- Extensive experience in managing M&E projects and highly complex technical facilities such as laboratories engineering/automotive production operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of M&E systems construction methods and industry standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
