Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Engineer to support the development planning and delivery of manufacturing infrastructure and systems within a high-performance production environment. Youll be responsible for supplier coordination facility integration and applying lean manufacturing principles to drive efficiency and safety.
Location: Coventry
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead and support facilities development projects across manufacturing and engineering environments.
- Oversee the planning installation and commissioning of process conveyor systems and other facility technologies.
- Manage suppliers ensuring quality cost and timing are controlled for both material and equipment deliveries.
- Apply lean manufacturing tools and techniques to optimise layouts and process flows.
- Ensure compliance with CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations during all facility-related activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate facility solutions that support production goals.

Qualifications :
Experience skills and qualifications required:
- Background in Engineering or Manufacturing with proven experience in Facilities Engineering and Development.
- Strong technical understanding of process conveyor systems and their integration in production lines.
- Ability to manage suppliers for both equipment and material packages.
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (e.g. 5S Kaizen Value Stream Mapping).
- Experience with facilities delivery across diverse industries and international geographies.
- Solid understanding of CDM regulations and health & safety requirements within industrial settings.
