Job Description
Are you detail-oriented organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment We are a well-established family company in the trucking and agricultural industry seeking a reliable an motivated Accounts Receivable & Customer Service Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable for multiple companies: invoice payment trucking and collections.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks including data entry and account reconciliation.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone and email.
- Work closely with various operations departments to ensure accuracy for billing and timely payments.
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or bookkeeping.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks a plus) Excel Word.
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Experience in the trucking transportation or agricultural industry a strong advantage.
