Table Games Dealer Trainee
JOB TYPE
Temporary (trainee) with potential for full and part-time positions upon successful completion of our dealer school.
DURATION
6-8 Weeks
OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as trainees in our dealer school. Successful candidates will undergo an intensive training program to become skilled table game dealers paving the way for a successful career on the casino floor.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Attend and actively participate in dealer school classes to learn the rules procedures and techniques of dealing poker and other table games.
Master the art of shuffling dealing and managing chips effectively.
Develop a strong understanding of game variations and house rules.
Demonstrate proficiency in handling guest interactions and maintaining a positive gaming atmosphere with Family-Style Service.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong numerical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to learn and adhere to gaming regulations and company policies
Must be age 21
TRAINING PROGRAM
This dealer school will provide comprehensive training in poker dealing techniques customer service and casino procedures.
Trainees will be evaluated regularly to determine progress and readiness for live dealing.
Successful program completion may lead to full-time or part-time positions as a table games dealer at our property.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to stand for long periods.
The work environment may include smoke variable temperatures lighting and noise levels.
