What you will do
As a Senior Product Designer on our Guest team youll craft intuitive AI-driven self-serve experiences that empower customers to resolve issues effortlesslybefore they ever need to contact support. Youll design proactive personalized solutions that anticipate guest needs reduce friction and build long-term trust. Your work will blend automation smart support tools and seamless escalation to live agentsdelivering measurable impact and a care experience that feels genuinely delightful.
Lead every stage of the design processfrom research and ideation to prototyping testing and delivery of high-fidelity designs across desktop and mobile platforms.
Work closely with data analytics partners to shape UX questions and leverage insights to inform design decisions.
Take full ownership of your work and bring a proactive self-driven mindset to solving complex problems.
Design impactful solutions that reduce complexity eliminate design debt and raise the bar for craft and polish.
Present designs rationale and user insights effectively to cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
Identify new problems and opportunities for your team to solve influence strategy and shape roadmaps.
Be a role model for Turos design principles process and company values.
Your profile
Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with the ability to communicate your thinking and influence across functions.
8 years of experience designing consumer mobile products with a portfolio that demonstrates both business impact and user value.
Experience designing for various forms of testingqualitative quantitative and multivariateto validate hypotheses and accelerate learning.
Data-informed mindset with a track record of using insights to elevate design quality.
Low-ego collaborative approach to problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.
Strong judgment adaptability and a bias for action.
For this role the target base salary range in San Francisco is $156000-$195000 annually. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. In general our ranges reflect the market-based target for new hire salaries based on the level and location of the role. Within the range individual pay is determined by objective factors assessed during the application and interview process such as job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. We encourage you to talk with your recruiter to learn more about the total compensation and benefits available for this role.
Turo highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule Turists will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays.
