Business Unit Description:
Driven by Enovis desire to create innovative products that help improve quality of life and restore movement to those suffering from degenerative arthritis Enovis Surgical provides orthopedic surgeons with modern patient-focused solutions for total joint arthroplasty. Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip knee shoulder and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in todays changing healthcare environment.
Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: Provides administrative support to V.P. level manager(s) and team(s). Responsible for heavy calendaring coordination of travel and submitting expenses. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. Responsible for events of up to 50 people including coordination of air travel hotel meeting space food agenda and teambuilding activities. Basic knowledge of the job. Applies acquired job skills and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Tasks are semi-routine and recognizes the occasional need to deviate from standard practice. Requires instructions on new tasks and general supervision. Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience. This role is fully onsite 5 days a week at our Austin facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Book/Manage travel for VPs managers & directors
Manage calendars
Process expense reports
Coordinate team meetings including scheduling agenda preparation food orders
Take meeting minutes and manage action items
Process invoices
Assist HR with onboarding new employees
Currently Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g. H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States both now and in the future without requiring sponsorship.
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel)
Experience processing expense reports
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a working vehicle
Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative assistant role
Travel Requirements:
Travel up to once a month for meetings and conferences

Oracle experience
Concur experience
Experience managing multiple calendars and inboxes
