Inviting applications for the role of Consultant Microsoft Power Automate & Blue prism support
In this role you will be developing robotic processes using Microsoft Power Automate & Blue Prism
Responsibilities:
- Incident Management for issues to be reported
- Troubleshoot the issue
- Perform RCA for recurring high and critical severity incidents
- Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary
- Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization
- Update incident management tool with required details
- Hands-on experience with Blue prism
- Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required
- Work on Change requests during idle time
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Applications
Proven experience of RPA development.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate
Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script
Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients
Preferred qualifications
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services
Experience framework: C#
Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script
Experience in IT / ITSM project
Hands-on experience on MS Power Platform (at least one project)
MS Power Platform Certification
Rotational shift Morning Afternoon Night (night shifts will be on rotational basis)
Work Location: Gurgaon (Badshahpur) or Hyderbad (Uppal)
100% from office (hybrid or remote working not allowed)
