Handling the team of sales personnel of A.S.M & Sales Officers.
Depot management and Inventory control management.

Designing and implementation Regional marketing strategy for brand promotion. Ensuring BTL activities as per plan.
Recruitment Training Motivation& guidance to sales team.
Appoint new institutional channels & distributors.
Sales team management Control (Field assist application)
Scheme budget & damage control.
