Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant
In this role you will:
Required Qualifications:
Desired Qualifications
Required to have :
1)Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clean and organized Jira backlog including Epics Stories and Tasks.
2)Monitor progress of user stories and identify items that are approaching or past due dates.
3)Assist in preparing for and following up after Agile ceremonies (sprint planning stand-ups reviews retrospectives).
4)Ensure all Jira tickets are updated with proper descriptions acceptance criteria estimates status and artifacts
5)Create and manage Jira dashboards reports and filters to provide visibility to the team and stakeholders.
6)Communicate with team members to gather updates remove blockers and escalate issues where needed.
7)Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize work and align tasks with sprint goals.
8)Support documentation efforts in agile boards linking stories to relevant specs and decisions.
9)Working knowledge of Agile methodologies(Scrum/Kanban)
10)Collect analyze and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
11)Develop dashboards KPIs and reports to monitor adoption performance and compliance metrics.
12)Use data insights to recommend adjustments to change strategies.
13)Conduct post-implementation reviews and feedback surveys for lessons learned.
14)Key skills required Advanced excel SQL Python Data Visualization Skills.
