Come be a part of the Spiceology Production Team! Production is manufacturing of our raw materials into a finished-good product. Based on business needs season to season employees may be cross-trained to assist in both Production and Fulfillment.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy efficiency and long-term scalability of our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to think critically about operational improvements communicate professionally across teams and collaborate effectively to support inventory management production and fulfillment.
- Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm On-Site
- Some weekend hours as needed
- Wage: $21/hr

Responsibilities:
- Receive vendor shipments/Purchase Orders ensuring inventory accuracy food safety and quality before processing in NetSuite.
- Conduct daily inventory cycle counts to meet quarterly targets and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Perform weekly material counts to support procurement and operational needs.
- Safely operate a forklift to move stage and replenish inventory as needed.
- Stage materials for production and fulfillment ensuring seamless operational flow.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement production and fulfillment teams to optimize warehouse efficiency.
- Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Consistent and reliable work ethic with flexibility to work overtime during peak periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures for inventory accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs without issue.
- Forklift certification required.
- 2 years warehouse experience preferred
