SUMMARY
The Quality Systems Technician plays a key role in supporting the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of the sites Quality Management System (QMS). This position ensures compliance with customer industry and regulatory requirements working collaboratively across departments and operational sites to align quality practices and drive standardization.
A key responsibility of this role is supporting training and compliance related to IPC standards particularly IPC-A-610 which governs the acceptability of electronic assemblies. This includes facilitating site-wide IPC training sessions maintaining up-to-date certifications and serving as a subject matter expert on workmanship criteria.
