How you will create an impact
The VP TTPO Claims will report to the Head of Oversight Claims and is responsible for technical oversight of Claims in North America. This position is responsible for driving Claims technical excellence and is a recognized subject matter expert within and outside of the Claims function in the relevant business lines. This position collaborates directly with senior claims underwriting actuarial legal and compliance leaders to ensure effective development and management of strategic objectives and policies for those lines of business and is responsible for leading the development of clear and effective strategies for resolving high complexity and severity claims for identifying claim and coverage trends and for driving technical excellence and internal business partner communication within specific business lines. The role is also responsible for setting strategic vision for the approach to and resolution of these claims driving claims consistency by product partnering with underwriting on trends and exposures and working with actuarial to develop a robust and consistent approach to claims exposure assessment and reserving.
