Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking a Cherry Picker Operator for our client in Fairless Hills PA. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule
- 1st shift: 8:30AM - 5PM
Pay Rate
- $17 / hour
Job Summary
The Cherry Picker Operator is responsible for consolidation and picking packing sorting and stacking of product plus perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate a cherry picker forklift to accurately pick and consolidate products from high racks.
- Pack sort and stack inventory according to order specifications and company standards.
- Use RF scanners or inventory systems to track product movement and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory support tasks when required.
- Report any equipment or inventory issues to management promptly.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Follow directions from supervisors and assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Ensure safe operation of equipment and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Job Requirements
- MUST be bilingual in English AND Spanish (read and write)
- Must have their own transportation.
- Must be forklift certified.
- At least 3 years of forklift experience (Reach forklift experience a plus)
