What you bring to SBHG:
- Masters degree in a social science field required plus two (2) years of experience working in a behavioral health field and registration as an Associate
- BBS registration as AMFT ACSW or APCC required
- Valid California Drivers License
- Bilingual in Spanish Preferred

How you will make a difference:
- Identifies immediate risks and needs of youth/TAY and family and develops a plan to address them in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Identifies ongoing treatment needs and develops plan for referral.
- Uses a whatever it takes approach to provide services in various settings including homes schools/work and community and office settings.
- Uses personal vehicle to drive to and from offsite locations to provide services. May be required to transport participants and/or family members in personal vehicle.
- Provides services including individual family and group therapy and collateral to youth/TAY and their families as deemed necessary and appropriate through the assessment process and in collaboration with the treatment team.
- Available for 24/7 on-call services to assist in crisis intervention and to provide support for problem resolution. On-call is scheduled on a rotating basis.
- Documents all services provided in a clear and concise manner within the Electronic Health Record within the timelines and framework established by Central Star.
