About the Role
Youll lead a team of four sales executives driving performance across both volume and customer satisfaction (CSI) metrics. Youll be hands-on in the showroom setting the tone for your team managing stock and ensuring every customer leaves with a great experience.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in a retail car sales leadership role (Sales Manager BM or TM level)
- A passion for leading from the front and developing others
- A results-focused mindset with strong organisational skills
- An understanding of CSI and its impact on long-term success
