What Youll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for members and visitors you will:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to everyone who walks through our doors.
- Handle enquiries (in-person phone and email) efficiently and with a smile.
- Manage bookings process payments and assist with membership queries.
- Keep the reception area tidy and organised ensuring it reflects our friendly atmosphere.
