We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented TechnicalChange Expertto join our Team. This pivotal role supports the development and execution of change controls and the updating of GMP documentationincluding Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Artwork changeswithin a defined scope. You will play a key role in driving process capability improvements and ensuring business continuity across the Supply Chain function.

The Role:

Change Management & Documentation

• Develop and execute change controls technical documentation and artwork updates.

• Manage implementation of approved technical product and process changes to agreed timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D Engineering Quality and Supply Chain.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all technical changes comply with current GMP standards.

• Conduct risk assessments to ensure safety of people processes and equipment.

• Report and investigate any EH&S incidents in line with company policy.

Operational Excellence

• Maintain visual systems to track project status priorities and timelines.

• Ensure timely completion of training and adherence to change control due dates.

• Support effective transfer of process changes into production operations.

The Candidate:

• Strong numeracy verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in a supply chain environment preferably within pharmaceutical

• Background in production/operations is a plus.

• A technical supply chain or commercial qualification (e.g. CIPS APICS IOM) is advantageous.

• Experience in a supply chain environment preferably within pharmaceutical or food industries.

• Self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement and change management.
