Strategic Partner Manager In-person in Orem UT $90000 base OTE of $150000 The Strategic Partner Manager at Nexio is responsible for maximizing the potential of our customer acquisition partners ensuring they are equipped and motivated to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with partners developing strategies to enhance their performance and delivering the support and resources needed to achieve mutual success. As a Partner Manager you will play a key role in driving Nexios growth by optimizing partner-generated sales opportunities and ensuring high standards of partner and merchant quality. Responsibilities - Partner Performance Optimization: Work closely with partners to identify opportunities to increase their productivity and revenue generation including collaborative planning on sales and marketing initiatives.
- Training & Enablement: Provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training for partners ensuring they have a thorough understanding of Nexios offerings and best practices for lead generation.
- Lead Generation & Quality Management: Drive lead generation efforts through partners with a focus on delivering high-quality low-risk merchants that align with Nexios standards.
- Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance set goals and identify new growth opportunities.
- Support & Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for partner questions and support needs promptly resolving issues to ensure smooth operations and maintain partner satisfaction.
- Marketing & Sales Collaboration: Work with Nexios Marketing and Sales teams to deliver co-marketing support sales collateral and other resources to enhance partner-driven lead generation and sales performance.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with each partner developing a deep understanding of their business models goals and challenges.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance metrics for each partner including lead generation revenue contributions and merchant quality.
Desired Outcomes - Ensure each partner consistently generates high-quality leads that contribute to Nexios growth and meet or exceed targets.
- Achieve high partner satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional support prompt issue resolution and proactive engagement.
- Drive growth in partner-driven revenue increasing each partners contribution to Nexios overall objectives.
- Conduct effective quarterly business reviews resulting in actionable growth plans and measurable improvements in partner performance.
- Maintain high merchant quality standards with a focus on low-risk acquisitions and sustainable growth through partner channels.
Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in partner management account management or a similar role ideally within the technology or payments industry.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing partner relationships to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships and initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and performance tracking systems.
