Description:
Responsible for the 24/7 operation of Phlebotomy. This includes staffing training scheduling supply management and the supervision of specimen collection. Responsible for maintaining policy and procedures and quality control practices in the laboratory. Must also recognize results or problems that require referral to the Pathologist or Laboratory Director. This position holds responsibility for hiring/evaluating/maintaining all phlebotomists within the laboratory in workday as required within the org chart of direct reports.The profile will need to be adjusted once it is approved by trinity from Point of Care to Phlebotomy only
