Job Description
Note: This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Virginia Beach VA office.
Note: You must have at least 2 years of real estate transactions experience including experience with closings. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Manage real estate transactions including simple refinances buyer-only and seller-only deals and full closings
- Handle builder-related matters from initial project setup through to final contracts and draw requests
- Coordinate all phases of the residential closing process
- Prepare and organize closing documents and ensure timelines are met
- Communicate effectively with clients agents lenders and internal staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate paralegal
- Experience with closings and builder transactions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with standard office equipment (copier scanner phone)
