ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develops and manages Google Ads campaigns for orthopedic practices across multiple U.S. regions
- Leads demand generation efforts through integrated digital campaigns and marketing automation
- Oversees lead generation initiatives and builds nurturing journeys using CRM and marketing platforms
- Designs and executes brand awareness campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Maintains accurate tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager UTM structures and integrated analytics tools
- Regularly analyzes marketing performance data and provides actionable insights to shape strategy
- Updates and builds pages on WordPress websites to support digital campaigns
- Implements and optimizes OTT/CTV video advertising campaigns
- Manages paid and organic social media strategy and execution
- Maintains a comprehensive digital asset inventory for creative consistency
- Collaborates with sales and marketing teams to align digital efforts with lead lifecycle stages

EDUCATION
Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field
EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing lead generation or marketing operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple paid media campaigns across various platforms
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g. Pardot Marketing Cloud)
- Strong background in digital analytics and reporting
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of HTML CSS and web development tools is a plus
