Job Description
NOTICE OF VACANCY
WINMAN MIDDLE SCHOOL
General Description: This is an Appendix B Athletic Site Supervisor Position at each of the schools.
The job responsibilites would be as follows:
- Distribuation and collection of all uniforms and equipment for each sport season.
- Notify the Athletic Director of any equipment that needs to be replaced or ordered and update uniform condition at the end of season
- Distribution of all athletic awards to teams upon hte completion of each season (ie. High School Letters for Letterman Jackets)
- Scheduling event staff for all games at their facility.
- Submission of Athletic Event Worker Payment Sheets to the Athleics Office.
- Submission of all gate receipts and monies to the Athletics Office.
- Assist with planning and implementation of Lettermans Night Banquet.
- Maintain Sports Showcases in Gate Area.
- Must have knowledge in sports
- Preference to a qualified teacher in the building.
Payment is as follows Middle Schools $2951.00 per year subject to agreement from the Warwick Teachers Union
