Job Description
Overview
The Web Developer III is accountable for the design development implementation and maintenance of Salesforce applications. This support will include ensuring the optimal performance security and scalability of enterprise systems and solutions.
Responsibilities

System Design and Implementation
- Design Salesforce solutions to address identified business needs within operational constraints.
- Plan and implement system infrastructure to support applications.
- Create and/or provide input to technical designs diagrams documentation and business process mapping artifacts.
- Optimize system performance to enable the application to scale to business needs.
- Implement security measures in accordance with applicable regulations standards and best practices.
Technical Leadership
- Provide leadership on technical projects and guidance to team members on solutions.
- Develop system standards and evaluate new technologies.
Infrastructure Management
- Manage enterprise systems and oversee configurations of objects fields workflows reports and dashboards.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to Government or project leadership.
- Coordinate system upgrades identifying any dependencies or blockers.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field
- Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
- Required certifications including Security CE.
- 7 years of systems engineering experience
- Experience with the following:
- Salesforce Flows
- Apex
- Visual Studio Code
- .NET or Java
Clearance Requirements: Active TS/SCI security clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground MD
Physical Requirements: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:
- Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands wrists and fingers.
- Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergencies.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
The Nakupuna Companies use a market-based compensation strategy to ensure that our employees are compensated within applicable market ranges commensurate with multiple factors including but not limited to the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contract-specific affordability organizational requirements and position location. The projected compensation range for this position is $98500.00 to $151000.00 (annualized USD). The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Nakupuna Companies total compensation package for employees.
