About the Role

Our Tech Hub team is expanding and were looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our vast community of solvers. The Tech Hub team brings our purpose to life by enabling our companys businesses to achieve their technology-driven goals. The work undertaken in Tech Hub covers a range of areas from leading and supporting the company through to the build or adoption of new technology to protecting against risk and delivering valuable data insights that transform our technology capabilities.

Full Stack developers work in our development teams in a delivery function aimed to build custom built integrations web applications or mobile applications.

As an Associate Full Stack Developer you will develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications

Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

• Demonstrating strong in front-end technologies and frameworks
• Demonstrating strength in back-end technologies and databases
• Providing experience with RESTful APIs
• Demonstrating familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Providing basic troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Providing experience writing clear elegant code in a team environment
• Providing advice to others as technical expert who uses specialised skills
• Solving more complex task problems leveraging basic experience analysis specific guidance provided and judgement
• Providing daily direction and supervision for more junior members of the team (if applicable)
• Planning priorities for the year and manage your own responsibilities and workload based on direction
• Completing bigger tasks with direct contribution to large projects and/or lead small scale improvements

In our Tech Hub team your impact will be seen by:

• Developing and maintaining web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks
• Collaborating with team members to identify front & back end components for development
• Troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimise performance
