Modivcare is looking for an experienced Success & Investigative Services Specialist III to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service and reducing official complaints by identifying root causes of service failures. You will serve as a key liaison between members providers and agencies ensuring the effective resolution of high-risk issues and fostering long-term solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
Handles high-risk member complaints and grievances with professionalism and urgency.
Collects and analyzes supporting information to provide accurate resolutions.
Partners with other operational work streams to drive permanent solutions for high-risk cases.
Logs and investigates complaints grievances and service issues received via various communication channels.
Escalates complex issues to appropriate internal or external stakeholders including government agencies legal and clients when necessary.
Monitors complaint aging reports to ensure timely resolution.
Tracks member transportation trips to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.
High School Diploma required.
Two (2) plus years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
Strong verbal communication problem-solving time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle high-volume workloads efficiently and effectively.
Quick to learn and apply modern technology.
Accurate typing ability (35 WPM).
Proficient in English reading and writing.
Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Experience in medical front-office case management or medical social work is a plus.
Bi-lingual abilities are a plus.
Salary: $16.36 - $22.09/hr
