Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Network Manager
Responsibilities
- Provides technical leadership of networking methodologies and technologies and drive technical standards.
- Be a resource consultant and technical leader to internal development operations and support teams.
- Organize review write and publish technical documentation.
- Work as part of an agile development team to define design develop test and implement leading edge networking and security solutions.
- Analyzing requirements designing implementing and maintaining enterprise monitoring tools and the supporting infrastructure.
- Defining creating and maintaining processes required to monitor production and development environments to ensure a proactive approach for addressing alerts or problems.
- Contribute to the continuously evolving and improving development processes.
- Meet engineering design and deliverable deadlines with quality and with little or no supervision.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts to assist team with technology operational duties.
- Provide clear concise and timely feedback to management.
- Willingness to troubleshoot and support software application.
- Work as an on-call engineer outside of shift timings.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelors degree required. Preferably in Computer Science or related field.
Strong understanding of networking technology such as SDWAN routing switching and Meraki
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong communicator English in spoken and written form
Strong experience in CISCO Network support Troubleshooting and projects
Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP or similar
