About the Role:
Reporting directly intoPHDs Head of Biddable the Biddable Director is responsible for all Paid Search & Social planning and activation across their client remit. They will deliverbest in class thinking and outputfor their clients and assist with new business responses for their channel. The Biddable Director will support the Head of Biddable and Business Directors toset expectations across the team defining brilliant BAUand work closely with media and technology providers to ensure best practices are adhered to and a continued strive towards excellence.
Were looking for someone who has proven expertise in managing clients and teams within Biddable with a focus ondriving commercial results and ROIfor clients. The role requires someone who can bringoperational excellence and strategic thinkingto the PHD Biddable team. The ideal candidate will have proven experiencenurturing developing and managinghighly motivated and efficient teams as well as demonstrable experience in managing well-informed knowledgeable and highly driven clients.

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office two working remotely) to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 17:30 but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day whether thats in the office or working remotely. For example you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
