Responsibilities
Oversee the employee onboarding process. Manage personal documentation collection labour contracts and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations. Create HRIS profiles organize first-day logistics deliver induction presentations and ensure a seamless new-hire experience.
Own and execute new hires compliance processes including background checks SMCR and regulatory checks.
Assist in managing employment and change letters maintain employee records keep employee information in HRIS up to date and support employee inquiries and issue resolution.
Administer employee benefits programs coordinate with external partners and contribute to HR initiatives.
Assist with preparing HR reports and analytics.
Oversee the employee offboarding process. Create termination letters
Assist with performance review processes such as set up tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
Requirements
2 years relevant experience within an HR Admin role.
A university-degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
