Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate you will play a key role in driving the talent acquisition strategy for PwC ETIC. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes sourcing top talent and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a proactive hands-on approach to recruitment as well as the ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Sourcing:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs job requirements and team culture.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent.
- Use a variety of sourcing channels including social media job boards networking events and direct outreach.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level and specialized positions.
- Manage candidate pipelines screening interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective interview processes and assessment techniques.
Candidate Experience:
- Provide a high-touch and personalized experience for all candidates.
- Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Support candidates during the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions.
Data & Reporting:
- Track key recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire cost-per-hire candidate quality) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
- Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvements in the recruitment process.
Employer Branding:
- Advocate for PwC ETICs employer brand in all recruitment activities.
- Participate in career fairs networking events and online forums to promote the company and its culture.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior talent acquisition team members.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of talent acquisition best practices and policies.
Market Insights & Trends:
- Stay informed about talent market trends and competitor hiring practices.
- Provide insights to leadership on market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of recruiting for diverse roles including senior and executive-level positions.
- Experience with ATS systems (e.g. Workday Greenhouse Lever) and recruitment tools.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external candidates.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
